Billing
Billing is handled through Stripe. All plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time.
Key Details
- Payment processor: Stripe (PCI compliant, no card data touches our servers)
- Billing cycle: Monthly, starting from the day you upgrade
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime from Organization Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
- Downgrade: When downgrading from Pro to Hobby, data beyond the 30-day retention window will be removed at the end of the billing period.
Upgrading to Pro
Upgrading takes effect immediately. Here is what happens when you upgrade:
Go to Organization Settings
Navigate to your organization's settings page and select the Billing tab.
Select Pro Plan
Click Upgrade to Pro. You will be redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter payment details.
Instant Activation
Once payment is confirmed, Pro features activate immediately: higher scan limits, extended retention, custom thresholds, churn_hotspot alerts, and managed scanning infrastructure.
No lock-in: You can downgrade back to Hobby at any time. Your existing data will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period, after which Hobby retention limits apply.
